Maki-e Calligraphy Fountain Pen

Fountain pen from the Hongdian 1837 series, featuring a vintage Maki-e inspired design with engraved detailing across a gold-plated metal barrel. Designed for formal writing, calligraphy, and presentation use.

Constructed with a metal body and 18k gold-plated finish, offering durability and a weighted feel (approx. 51g). The pen has a larger diameter (~15 mm) for a more substantial grip.

Equipped with an iridium-tipped nib, available in EF, F, and 1.2 mm bent calligraphy nib, supporting both standard writing and expressive stroke variation. The bent nib is pre-shaped for calligraphy use.

Supports dual ink system, compatible with bottled ink (twist-fill/converter) and 3.4 mm cartridges, allowing flexible ink options and extended writing sessions.

Features a push-type cap for quick access. Approximate length 136 mm, designed for controlled handling and steady writing.
