Returns
We have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@randomasstore.com , so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
